Let me blog about my reflections.
i) What is my individual contribution to the group project? In our very first meeting, we actually just read through what is expected and came for discussion. Then, we were expected to complete our transactions by ourselves and check with one another in the next meeting. and so we did. (: This speeds up the process to key in the balances and transactions. Also, all of us were assigned to write out all the recurring and balance day adjustments. This ensure we enter the right transaction. Posting was made with cautiousness in every clicks. Printing was the worse part. We actually have to squeeze in the lab and fight for printers which there are only 2 available. Overall, i did write out all transactions, did the CAS report Section A, printing and checking.
ii) What are the soft skills that I've learned from the group project? This project allows participation in the a team with a goal ahead. We teach one another and points out any faults or wrongs if we found any. We negotiate and came up with a suitable solution. As this project requires long duration in front of computer, we motivate one another even tough all of us are tired especially very early in the morning or after a day of lessons.
